(English Version)

Why use ( ? -> Matter -> Life -> Consciousness -> ? ) as Topic Name?[^0]

What? (What lie before "Creation")

Are there any things and meanings prior to the birth (?) of matters / anti-matters (?) and Universe / anti-Universe (?) at about 15 billions or 20 billions 13.8 billions (?) years ago? As far as what we can understand scientifically today, the answer to this question remains uncertain. It could be any things from Nothingness to Existence of other dimensional Universes or even a Creator? As we really do not know and unable to judge at this point of time with our knowledge, therefore the best way is to represent this ignorance with a "What?".

Matter ("Creation" of matters)

The "Creation" of Matters from Nothingness (?) through .The Big Bang*.[^3] begins the Universe (?) we know today. After the Universe was "created" it took some more billions of years before our Solar System was formed.

Life ("Creation" of Lives)

The "Creation" of Living Things from Matters (through Chemical Reactions?) on planet Earth took about 1 billion years.

Consciousness ("Creation" of Conscious Human Beings)

The "Creation" of .Conscious Human Beings*.[^4] from Living Things through Evolution (and Bio-Chemical Reactions?) took about 3 billions years.

What? (What lie after Life?)

As Conscious Human Beings, we seem to be the only Living Things (?) on Earth that will ponder upon the meaning of our biological death? Probably this is because one's consciousness seems to end together with biological death. To me, the pondering on this issue by Conscious Human Beings is an expression (either openly or hidden sub-consciously) of Human wish to preserve their Consciousness beyond biological death.

It has taken Evolution billions of years to evolve and develop the existing state of biological life forms and Human Consciousness on Earth. But is biological life form the only way that Consciousness can exist? Or will the Evolution evolve further into other types of life forms in which not only biological and physical heritage can be preserved through biological re-production system, but also human consciousness? Or perhaps new life forms may mean a combination of consciousness existence besides biological existence, thereby disengage the link from biological death to consciousness death?

All these possibilities can not be ruled out when we look at the time scale of Evolution, which takes billions of years. However, these does not ruled out the meanings of biological and consciousness death either. Death may be the only path to the Truth of Life?

Again, at this point of time, we really do not know what will lie beyond death or whether human can become immortal eventually (although I seem quite optimistic about the latter); therefore a "What?" is used to represent questions and uncertainties in these areas.

It follows quite naturally that under this topic, I will ponder upon the many questions that human beings have asked since the beginning of the conscious human history. My views may not be correct, but I will try not to deviate too much from scientific approach that I prefer.
